      High employee turnover rate, work is physical and can be hard on the body, transitioning to other roles within the company could result in a pay cut rather than a pay raise.

Working in a cleanroom setting can be physically demanding and we are clear with potential applicants about what the job entails. We offer internal training and development and encourage employees to communicate with managers to personalize growth opportunities. Our technician job is very important to the company’s success and pays more than other roles in the company.

      Pros

      Helping people and always learning. Unique experience in this type of company. I have the best team and manager ever. Get to be remote as often as I want. Get to really put in work and see it pay off.

      Cons

      Some departments aren't as lucky in team/management. Pay scales can be a bit low in some areas. Too many chefs in the kitchen sometimes.
