Pros

Good schedule, routine work, and decent work/life balance

Cons

You're just a tool as a production member. Potentially high biological hazard risk, due to the nature of work. Emphasise quantity over quality.

Pros

This is a fantastic place to work! The benefits are some of the best you will find in the workforce. The company mission is very fulfilling, and it leaves me with a tremendous sense of pride in what I do. We have an executive leadership team that truly cares about every employee in the company. They staff are all very team oriented. I work with a very professional and well educated team. Everyone is respectful and friendly. You can't put a numerical value on some of the best things about this company. Things like receiving hand written notes and cards on employment anniversaries and birthdays from the CEO and COO are not a norm in most of the world and are quite refreshing. The work/life balance is held in very high regard. Employee wellness programs help to keep us engaged and healthy.

Cons

Some of the production work can be strenuous. we occasionally run low on equipment and processing garments when production demand gets high. Overall these are more growing pains and small frustrations really.

Thank you for your feedback. We encourage our managers to meet with their employees regularly to ensure our employees understand the goals that both the company and the individual may be striving towards. We continue to offer a survey each year to maintain a pulse on our employee feedback and take it into consideration when building future programs and goals.
