Pros

Good benefits, good work schedule

Cons

Horrible management team. The senior and executive leaders are completely out of step with each other. Numerous good directors have left over the past 18 months but the bad ones stay. Little chance of advancement after reaching manager level.

Pros

Hours and PTO work for my schedule. I am pursuing a Master's degree so I am able to have time for my classes

Cons

Trying to get promoted is next to impossible. I get rave reviews, always to work on time and do 110% of what I am asked to do. Company hires supervisiors from outside when there are qualified college educated employees internally for the job. Many of the current supervisors are unqualified and have no experience in dealing with employees on a supervisory level.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Each of our employees is required to complete the standard application process internally and must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for a job or promotion. In addition, we offer many generous development opportunities through certification bonuses and tuition reimbursement.

Pros

The mission is the most important thing to the company as a whole. the gift being given is the ultimate respect company wide and a wonderful thing to be a part of. Company takes incredible care of their employees, offering multiple different types of benefits.

Cons

Odd shifts due to full time round the clock movement for department I was involved in. but overall not too many negatives.
