A truly wonderful and fulfilling place to work. The company is very mission driven and cares about the work that they do.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of forward thinking and thinking out of the box from the certain departments. Lack of commitment by some individuals to timelines and projects.

Disconnect to middle and upper management, the engineers dont interact with operations to make decisions.
