1.) Has an important mission that is emphasized throughout the company 2.) Opportunities for lateral and upward mobility if you put in the effort 3.) Lots of benefits and a great wellness program 4.) Provides development opportunities (tuition reimbursement, certifications, etc.) 5.) Nice recognition programs 6.) Constant growth and product development

Cons

This company is what you make of it. If you're open, willing, and put in the work there are opportunities for career advancement and development. Most of my encounters with co-workers have been very positive.

They seriously do great things there. worked on a lot of cool projects. Learned more than I would thought I would. Good benefits.

Cons

Nothing really. Typical high/rapid growth company struggles in a high/rapid growth industry.
