Pros

-great company, doing great things that cares about its employees -free annual trips to Denver -managers who care about you and your success in your role -tuition reimbursement -great 401k matching -free gifts and goodies all the time for meeting numbers, meeting health requirements -free lunches

Cons

-pay is a little on the low side depending on what you do but the perks definitely outweigh the pay -As a CSC, you are on call 24/7 which can be a little annoying sometimes

We work hard to provide a great working environment and competitive benefits for our employees. To clarify our CSC schedule, the AlloSource CSCs rotate an on-call schedule. They take turns serving as the 24/7 on-call contact and are not on-call every day.

Professional, great benefits, raises, organized, four day work week

Cons

Might work cleaning and wrapping utensils first, need to be able to handle human blood, fat, muscle, and bones of course

There are three shifts to choose from and many positions, from technical to administrative. AlloSource provides life enhancing products.

Cons

I came with 6 years experience and industry certification. This was not enough to promote more rapidly or earn more than someone without experience.
