You get to work on a diverse set of projects, and can get more responsibility quickly. Small company, everyone plays a big role in success

Pros

+Perfect place for anyone looking for a long term career. There are a number of employees who started their careers here and have stayed for 5, 10, and 20 plus years. You don't see that a lot at other companies. +Company outlook is awesome given the success in both the technology and health care education sectors. +Fun and very smart group of people.

Cons

+Not a great place for people looking for a short term job or internship. +People who are not super quick picking up and understanding technology do not last long.
