A lot better than most companies out there
Pros
-Quality of work: All employees (even interns) have an opportunity to work on real projects and see the results of their work. -Team environment: Get to work closely with people of all levels of experience. -Focus on Growth: Company seems to really care about each employee. Even the CEO goes out of his way to talk to everyone and share the company vision. -Future of the company: Compared to my friends, my job is really stable and the company continues to develop and expand their product base in both the education sector.
Cons
-Not for everyone: There is a high expectation to succeed for new employees so there is turnover but the company does try to find a fit for each person they hire. Sometimes it just does not work out. -Money now vs. savings: Part of the compensation package is in the form of internal stock options and company contribution to employee's 401K plan. This does not work for people that just need immediate compensation.
