Perfect choice for those that want to make an impact

Pros

+ Management (especially the CEO) is very invested in employee growth. My interpersonal and decision making skills have improved drastically. + Working on projects that directly affect clients. Because of the companies smaller size, each employees work has a greater impact. + High ceiling for advancement if you put the effort in. + Everyone is very friendly with each other and no employee is lost in the crowd. + Out of work activities like trivia and board game nights + Motivated team of developers and management with a great culture.

Cons

- Most developers (including myself) work for a couple of hours on Saturdays, as it is part of the small business culture. However, never was I forced to come in to work. - Diverse and challenging workload that is sometimes outside the scope of your expertise. - Criticism that is provided is very straightforward and blunt, but is always constructive.

Pros

+Perfect place for anyone looking for a long term career. There are a number of employees who started their careers here and have stayed for 5, 10, and 20 plus years. You don't see that a lot at other companies. +Company outlook is awesome given the success in both the technology and health care education sectors. +Fun and very smart group of people.

Cons

+Not a great place for people looking for a short term job or internship. +People who are not super quick picking up and understanding technology do not last long.

Working At Allofe is really tough, but I love every second of it!

Pros

- everyone is so incredibly helpful, you don't have to feel scared to talk to anyone(even though the people here are insanely smart!) - You're never given busy work, you always get to something that actually adds value to the company(right from your first day) - The building is beautiful and has sooo many facilities(a gym, a badminton court, a ping pong table, a pool table, a foosball table, a dart board, a ball room, etc.) - Really easy to make friends - Great internal infrastructure -Fantastic benefits(did i mention those awesome facilities)

Cons

- It's very competitive and pushes you very hard(I think that if you want to grow in sales or in software engineering, that this is probably a pro, but if you're applying here to do the bare minimum and get paid you should probably go somewhere else).
