Pros
If you like to things to move at a fast pace and to initiate new ideas then you'll like working here. You work with a small team of people who truly care about the work they put out to their clients. When you are apart of a project, your voice is considered and expected. There are a lot of activities outside of work to get to know your coworkers too.
Cons
Not your typical company. If you are looking for a structured role with a laid back day to day then consider else where. You need to be ready to learn each day and create a position for yourself. You will receive honest feedback about your work and ideas, nothing is sugar coated. Great company for the right people.
