I worked at AllofE for over a year and genuinely enjoyed my time there. The people are extremely smart and talented and you really do get to work with the best of the best. Everyone who is hired plays a key role and is given the opportunity to be creative and take on more responsibility. Even as an admin assistant you are constantly learning and have a hand in other areas such as implementation or marketing. Employees get a sense of empowerment here, which is sometimes hard to come by at other companies. Being able to work on a team is essential, and by far one of the best parts of the job. I started to get to know my co-workers while working on projects together, but the comradery and friendships definitely extend outside of the office setting. There are a variety of organized events for everyone to participate in, such as playing racquetball, badminton, volleyball, trivia nights, and even movie marathons. When I decided to go back to school, they were very flexible and allowed me to work around my class schedule each semester. As long as you keep an open communication with your supervisors, they will do everything they can to help you succeed, both personally and professionally.

AllofE has a very entrepreneurial culture where you can make a lot of your own opportunities. If you are focused and work hard you can really stretch yourself. The company is really driving new creative programs. The people are extremely passionate about what they do and creativity is encouraged. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves and speak up if they have ideas or opinions. Nice perks as well.
