- stagnant wage increases - layoffs occur without warning - too much of the business is moving to India to cut costs; clients complain of off-shore support - lots of small cutbacks that seem trivial to save a dollar. for example, suspending putting basics like plastic cutlery and paper plates in the break room; this was only reinstated after employee complaints. then, no artwork or wall coverings in the new bldg. then pc replacement going from 3 to 4 years. etc.

Very corporate feel, not transparent at all with business decisions. Some co-workers have been downsized without explanation to the rest of the team. Very big company that is sluggish to change.
