Business Outlook
Pros
Allscripts is a great place to work. They are as informative as they can be as a global organization. It is very established with processes and procedures in place. My experience with fellow Allscripts team to support projects have been great. My fellow coworkers are all great individuals. Wonderful people.
Cons
Benefits are not as great as other private health care companies but decent. Promotions are not easy to get unless you have been with the company for many years. There are no perks where I work at. It really depends on which location and which leader you are under. Needs more accountability and collaboration between team.
