Seems to be very innovative and willing to invest in the right people and the right technologies. They are also doing the right things to improve their position within health technology by listening to their employees and their clients.
Cons
As a large organization, Allscripts could do a better job of improving communication between departments and groups. This would improve operations and overall client satisfaction. This is especially true because they have so many groups acting as independent business units.
