1)HR wont take any action even after complaining about the problem multiple times
2)Higher management is worried about there own career , but not worried about the people who are working under.
3)Leadership doesn't take any action even after complain about the Managers in skip level meeting waste of bring up the problem with them.
4)Around 5 to 6 people in my team left the company ,also each of them mentioned the problem in our Exit interview still no action take instead that manager got the promotion.
5)If you are career oriented and wanted to work on new technology then this is not the company.
