      Allscripts Management is absolutely clueless. Company culture is nonexistent. Products are in disarray. Losing market share rapidly.

      Work life balance, good pay

      Cons

      There's no direction. Every release, they say the most important goal is X, and do all the planning, and that is then it's the lowest thing in the priority list the next release. Senior management keeps changing, and with that, the entire goals and product direction.
