Pros

Really treat their employees well. Lots of freedom for movement and personal growth. WFH policy us fairly loose.

Cons

Struggle with team building (agile) and market position could be better. Some areas doing better than others.

Pros

Managers trust employees to do work, wfh is widely accepted, flex scheduling, good benefits, smart employees who know what they are doing"

Cons

Complete lack of organization and coordination of projects and schedules. Currently effort to integrate all of the healthcare products is pasted and taped together. Many people know what they are doing, but no one knows who knows what. Product requirements and acceptance criteria do not exist. Most employees are individualistic; there's not much of a team sense in the culture. 11 offices are being merged to 5. They are calling it a 'merge' and 'relocation', but we all know it's a fancy term for layoffs. They are losing business to competitors products.
