Pros

I believe the pay was fair and aligned with the market value

Cons

1) Little to no work/life balance. Working from home, you are expected to overwork yourself. 2) You are at the mercy of your manager. If you have a manager who likes to micromanage you, your life will be hell. 3) Taking PTO is frowned upon by some managers. When the Flex PTO option came up few weeks ago (starting next year), a manager said it was a bad idea since employees will now take days off and the company will stop functioning. I was left utterly degusted by that mindset, and felt bad for people working under him.
