Pros

The paid time is the only pro

Cons

Benefits have declined the last couple of years. If you don’t do your job you are promoted then moved to different positions instead if being fired if you are in the club. Numerous lay offs but no upper management included.

Pros

Lots of good products and people. Lots of benefit options including medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA, etc. Remote and multiple office locations.

Cons

Company continuously switching direction and organizational structure. This leads the entire organization confused on what the priorities are, what the go forward solutions are, and how to lead clients. A lot experienced people continue to either leave or have been let go (poor financials) which has negative impact.

Pros

When it was MISYS, it was pretty darn terrific. Hardly any turn-over, family like atmosphere. When Glen Tullman left Allscripts, Allscripts failed to exist as a formidable place to work for folks It went down hill very quickly. It's a real shame because I owl debt it wouldn't be where it is today if they had kept Glen at the helm.

Cons

Today, these are the only things that exist, cons. People leaving in droves, no work life balance, high turn-over. What exactly has the CEO done besides ruin marketshare with decisions made, create high turn over..Need I say more?
