Pros

Used to be a great company to work for. Promotion potential. Great supervisors Amazing co-workers

Cons

Once they merged with Misys things started to go downhill. Moved a lot of their support staff over to India and started laying off US based workers. They lie during their sales pitches and then the support staff takes the heat for the oversold promises

Pros

Hybrid work model Good work-life balance

Cons

- Horrible family benefits. I was paying almost $800/mo for a ridiculously high deductible plan. - Extremely political - Is entirely bent on money, not its employees - massive 10% layoff in 2020-2021, tiered pay cuts, no merit for 2020 nor 2021 - Upward movement is very difficult - Covid-19 vaccine mandated for all - even fully remote employees. The reason? "To be community leaders" according to President Paul Black - Heartless - denied religious exemption for the vaccine saying that it would cause "undo hardship on the company due to accommodations needed for the employee to perform their responsibilities in office" We've been full remote since April of 2020!
