Lots of bureaucracy makes it difficult to foster professional growth

Pros

Smaller teams (in some business units) makes it better for collaboration and they do allow for remote workers.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. They let their policies and procedures dictate what opportunities are available for employees. Instead of looking at the individual's experience, expertise, and work ethic, every decision made seems to be about protecting the bottom line and the shareholders.
