Work life balance is seriously skewed, especially for support staff. Management has high expectations for 24 hour access to employees. Expect to be punished if you gain expertise in any of the products -- you'll have to carry the load for the rest of the team. The executive level is out of touch with the reality of how the products work and the effects of their decisions on the clients and employees. Processes are set up to avoid clients ever talking to the executive level. The company goal is only to drive high profits to get the stock price up. Product quality is not a priority. Front line management has no power to change even the most ridiculous policies. Expect to be cannon fodder.

Management changes every six months...Management will put some new initiative into place and 6 months later it's something else. They won't fix the software. People aren't the problem. The software is. If you fix the software...guess what...people don't call in to complain....SHOCKING!!!
