      Pros

      Quality peers for the most part with a good understanding of the product that they support as well as a good knowledge base. Benefits are good and the cost of benefits used to be good. PTO benefits not bad.

      Cons

      Cost of medical benefits has increased substantially in 2014, including deductibles, copays, rx copays. Amount of raise from annual review may cover the increased cost of healthcare, which will make it a wash. Promotions seem limited.
