Pay is decent. Overtime 1.5x pay avaliable. over 2x pay for projects lots of training (HIPPA, materials safety, etc ) 4% 401K matching, fully vested on month 1 of avliability tuition reimbursement programs avaliable they promote from within health insurance premium not most affordable, not most expensive either

Cons

lack of training when I started big company, can be bureaucratic and slow in decision making and implementation some project manager have no IT experience and/or knowledge. Hard to communicate needs and technical issues with project managers and/or upper non-IT management Hospital work is stressful during pandemic

Allscripts got our division as part of a stock deal.

Cons

Onboarding was rushed with no thought for holiday weekend. When after 90 days they laid most of us off, the invite to the conference call firing us didn't work.
