      Pros

      Everyone is very nice. Southern company, cool people to hang with socially. There really isnt much more to say about that.

      Cons

      It is a spin factory. They want it all secret and perfect. Their software is not, no ones is BUT, take care of your customers and they will understand. They go through sales reps like clowns go through make-up which says something about management.

      Legacy employees that still care.

      Cons

      If you want managers that play hot potato with e-mails then this is your kind of place. Management is concerned about one thing these days, bringing the next dollar in the door. They'll blow smoke and say they are listening to you but don't change anything. It's no wonder the real talented employees are leaving in droves.

      Pros

      Remote work alot of support from the team and other deparments within the company. Alot of time spent on training learning products inside and out. Promote good working environment up beat everyone is willing to pitch in. My manager PM and team is excellent bunch of workers. Excellent benefits encourage healty living and healthy environment. They ask for suggestions and inputs and act on it not smoke and mirrors. They want everyone to empower themselves with all the tools they have to offer.
