Good Pay,Really lovely co-workers, If you stumble upon a good manager...try and build a good relation ship with them. They will help you the best they can.

Cons

No visible room for growth Job description and actual job are two different things Answer to why anything and everything happening is"upper management" - which is pathetic because that is not a proper or detailed explanation. It is not transparent- it is like a secret society.

Meet some genuinely smart people that are willing to go out of their way to help No micromanagement, free to work around your own timings- within reason Benefits are ok and in line with expectations

Cons

Product faults, hotfix upon hotfix that doesn't solve the problem, just works around it Managers go MIA for weeks at a time Constant layoffs, job security is a joke
