      - Able to use my skills appropriately to benefit clients - Remote work is available

      Cons

      - Management does not respect employees (e.g. late for meetings, taking personal appointments while scheduled for manager meetings) - Too many reorganizations that don't seem to make a difference for client needs - Not enough investment in timely development of applications based on client requests/needs
