Mostly great people that work hard for the company and the clients. Remote work allowed. Ok benefits.

Cons

Management does not care about employees that have the experience. Always wondering if you will be part of the next round of layoffs no matter if you received the highest level Performance Review Upper management is a mess Constant changes for no reason which causes disorganization.

The people are great. Friendly, and very helpful when you ask questions. Good hours, decent pay for respective areas.

Cons

Slow advancement. Divisions can feel mismanaged. Leadership does not have strong vision, or have failed to articulate that vision to employees.
