I have been working in Allscripts for several years. Honestly, all I can remember is Cons. No bonus at all. Seriously, I nenver get any dime even if my performance is excellent. Then why do I become top performer???!!! No promotions. The salary you got when enter the company is what you have for ever. Health insurance become wrose and worse every year. Low pay. Dramaticly below market. I am so regreted that I SHOULD HAVE changed my job much earlier. Bad managers. They look nice and really never care about you, never want to invest any dime on you. I requested for training sessions with cost reimbursted, they just pretend to never hear about your request. Think about a psychology major development manager lead the Softeare development?!! Seriously, who can trust the software?!!! Bad management. Company did an all level survey with everyone invlolved with feedbacks. And gurantee to reponse in one month. But never reponse back at all! The promise is just a joke. Seriouly, I hope to give negetive feedback to this company. it's the worse one I have ever been worked in.

Morale decreases every few years. Lengthy turn-around times from some IT shared services, which impacts timelines of dependent projects. Did not always get the training I needed.
