Pros

Most resources are relatively knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. A good amount of autonomy allows you to get your stuff done at a reasonable pace. Decent office space, and culture.

Cons

Corporate nature of company comes through too often for my liking. Many people default to the protection of their silo. While managers know how to do what their resources are responsible for, and escalate as necessary, they are not necessarily trained to help those resources succeed overall.
