      Bad Work Environment / Poor Management

      Pros

      There are no pros I can share about this organization. The environment and the manner in which employees are treated is a serious issue.

      Cons

      I have been employed at Allscripts in Whittier, California for a couple of years. The work environment is extremely bad. Each week either someone is quitting or out on stress leave. Employees are over worked and grossly under paid. The executive management is a bully. Not a professional work environment.

      Multiple Massive layoffs. Unethical management. Lack of concern for the customers. Lack of concern for the well being of their workers.

      Good Benefits, Previous focus on team building was helpful to develop internal relationships

      Very top heavy (management) They do not value their employees. During the recent layoffs, they kept several employees who are lazy and unassuming while forfeiting those who were dedicated to serving their clients.
