Pros

Great atmosphere and people that are ambitious in their working environment. Upper management cares about the little guy, that if you need an emergency, they are willing to accommodate.

Cons

Little room for growth. I've been making the same salary for 3 years now... and I've been working smart and hard. Just at the point to where now I'm looking to transfer jobs in order to grow some more.

Flexible and the ability to work from home

Cons

Management--Managers prefer to mirco manage and offer little help in career advancement. Pay is below average compared to many other companies as well. The application is glitchy and it takes many many months for problems to be fixed. Most positions moving off shore to India.

PTO, learning opportunities, some great co-workers, some flexible remote work, good benefits. Regular feedback on job performance. Opportunities to create new solutions.

Cons

Disorganization at times, not a consistent way to train users on products, not enough training for staff to learn their jobs, not a lot of opportunity for internal staff to move up in the company.
