      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. No need to accrue vacation time as it's granted up front. Have the opportunity to telecommute once a week, depending on position.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted and challenging work life balance. Management may have unreasonable expectations at time, leading to unnecessary stress.

      Pros

      There are no pros I can share about this organization. The environment and the manner in which employees are treated is a serious issue.

      Cons

      I have been employed at Allscripts in Whittier, California for a couple of years. The work environment is extremely bad. Each week either someone is quitting or out on stress leave. Employees are over worked and grossly under paid. The executive management is a bully. Not a professional work environment.
