Pros

You get great benefits such as health insurance, matched 401k, PTO and more.

Cons

Since the organizational change in early 2013, the company is definitely heading in a different direction. The CEO and the president left at the same time. After their departure, every other executive left or were forced out. This dramatically changed the culture of the company and how they do business. The work load is incredibly high and there's little satisfaction. They used to put clients first. However, it's all about how fast they can move their clients through an implementation. There's no room for quality. It's all about speed.

Pros

Good salary & benefit packages... Company continues to grow, via acquisitions & adding staff

Cons

Lip service about caring for employees, overworked & under appreciated. Long hours for those on the road - with no concern about work/life balance. Growing so fast, they lost focus on staff who helped them get to where they are.

Pros

Great Colleagues Some great team managers

Cons

Lousy execs Treating workers as cattle No vision, trying to ape Cerner as a lot of the execs are former Cerner employee No bonus even if you and your team meets targets, they will find some way to nix it No extra benefit for working weekends or weeknights Expected to work 48-50hrs minimum, get called out if you put in 'only' 40hrs Talented & skilled employees leaving in droves A lot of newbies joining, as a stepping stone Subpar pay rate - except for execs who gets good stock units to make up for lower pay Restructuring themselves to the ground - management message is if you are here for more than 2yrs leave so we can bring in cheap newbs that might not know any better Travel for client is considered personal time, and works against your for utilized time Nickel & Dimes you on expenses instead of being per diem, although they typically collect from client on per diem basis Coach class even on international travel Management spends 10 hours doing busy work so that they can say they saved 1 hr for the company Hires global rejects, that drives customer satisfaction down Future for North America employees is uncertain, or making policy such that many are quitting Lot of lip service and busy work Unless you are VP level, you have no real authority to do anything Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. Taco Bell.
