      Pros

      People are great there. Flexibility. Ability to work from home some days not all. Great health insurance

      Cons

      Learn on your own. Management does not care about workload. Knowledge base is bad. Promotions based off how long you worked there not skill level. To many managers that do not know the product. Takes one year to go from contract to full time 90% of time. Lots of India hiring shifting more to moving jobs there. 3 lay offs in the one year I was there.

      The overall experience was good. Nice open culture. If you perform you will be rewarded. Nice pay as well.

      Pros

      1) Culture is very open. You can approach to anyone, irrespective of position. 2) Good payment package. 3) You are allowed to surf anything you want. Directors and managers encourage you to add them on facebook and watch informative videos on youtube.

      Cons

      1) Too much focus on numbers rather on quality. 2) Some teams have huge workload, while others have very less workload.

      Pros

      Small Team so can get experience on trying lots of hands on stuff. Great Team and Great Managers. All very helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Less opportunities to grow. Also being on client site, not very connected to AllScripts growth opportunities. Job is very operational instead of strategic or management
