Great culture, nice people, visionary leader. I found the culture collaborative and focused on the "we can do this" attitude that the CEO exudes.

Cons

too many unnecessary meetings, too many people who won't take a risk and therefore avoid making decisions, sales people selling fantasies

Good pay, great benefits and some of the best people in the industry

Cons

Senior Mgt disrespectful of employees knowledge and time Instead of client and employee satisfaction being top priorities, the top priority is the money Sr Management can make Lack of focus, planning and strategic direction by senior management Poor work/life balance Products that don't work, mgt team that doesn't care The company is on a downward spiral with large clients leaving what seems like almost daily
