Less vertical growth- in my opinion & experience. Otherwise I don't have any pros to say about this company. You will get delighted to be part of this company, as management is very open & employee centric, management is very helpful and will stand by you in your bad times & policies like salary advance to help you when you are in need. Simply awesome experience!!!

1. Managers believe in non delivery of products. They only support Group-ism. 2. Mangers prefer female candidates while recruiting. 3. Managers allow female candidates to work lesser & push male candidates to more work (they say it Agile Methodology)
