      Hell lot of time to do personal work..

      no proficiency at the management level.. management sucks big time.. all bunch of non sense ppl leading the pack. all are biased.. no knowledge of anything.... Sheer Stupidity..

      Pros

      its a job and regular paycheck nothing else. Most people in my dept. dread coming into work.

      Cons

      too much passing the buck, lots jobs being outsourced to offshore. Low morale, management does not have a clue about what is going on all they care about is hitting numbers.

      It is a great industry and learn a lot of it is the right project. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      There isnt much recognition for doing great work. Do not always have the tools to do the job well. Low visibility with the rest of the company.
