      Wrong People with Power at Lower Management!!! Disappointing.

      Pros

      Company working culture is good but matter only when employee is working in proper/correct Department. Else life is hell!! Compensation wise Allscripts is the best company in the current market. Free and open environment in the organization.

      Cons

      Lower management is worst and disappointing. C&T/HR does not help employees for their concerns if related to management. Initially it was Service Company but current management on their way to make it more like BPO.

      Pros

      High standard of payment, management keeps you informed of the progress of the company as a whole, transparency, high values, appreciation, recognitions and awards for innovation and outstanding contributions

      Cons

      work in evening and night shifts, sapience activity collection tool on all systems to monitor the broad picture of who much time was spent on which activity related to work and it is available to manager for review.
