Pros

It's a stepping stone job, nothing more.

Cons

You're a number in a huge company. High call volume, as in nonstop for 8 hours every day. Poor management with high turnover of direct superiors. High turnover of coworkers. No room for advancement in managed services. I have yet to meet a person in my position that isn't looking for a way to escape this company.

Employee's care, Compensations & Benefits, Available project to work

Cons

Management of a team, No HR meeting in 6 months, no progression or appreciation for good work, no future growth as it is only a product based company and people get to know only few application, very limited access. Very less team activity. People who wants to settle here and retire, for them it's a good company. This review is only for my experience in a particular project, there are multiple projects where people are happily working.
