1) There are lots of organization update, due to which reporting hierarchy gets change. 2) You have to cry out after every appraisal and there are no promotions even if you get 5-Excellent rating. 3) There are also lots of firing done in allscripts now a days, which is not good and is making the impression of the company wrong.

Every 12-18 months for the 10 years that I worked at Allscripts, there was a "rationalized" layoff. Many of the people I knew were very competent, useful and productive at the tasks they were assigned. Some were offered an opportunity to keep working at the company, some not.
