      Work life balance Good salary as compare to other organizations in Pune. Good policies Laptop for individual. Free transport. Free Wi-Fi Good projects. Work from home.

      Late in using latest technologies ; mainly used Microsoft technologies No on-site opportunity.

      Pay is fair, projects are important and you feel like you are helping the healthcare industry

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, constantly interested in gossip and drama amongst employees. This leads to very bitter relationships amongst team-mates. Instead the management and managers should focus on results and better products(software) Way too many wasteful meetings. I've worked at many places and this one was definitely the most time wasted in useless meetings.
