Sapience is a demoralising tool. Earlier there was work flexibility but meagre salary and too much of micromanagement now. Mid level Managers lack self esteem, not interested in team growth and acknowledging talent. Too many changes at top management leaves teams directionless , demotivated as you are on the mercy of mid level not so capable managers . Recently there have been team downsizing drives also in some teams...so the stability part is also questionable

Again a same reason.. Indian management they treat Indian tech guys as Labour, No respect..over load...high pressure
