Almost all of the people on the many different teams that I worked with were genuinely good people. My manager was very supportive of work-life balance. We worked on some cool technology.
Cons
When I was hired, I was brought on with many brilliant experienced developers. As some of them left over the years, if they were replaced, the replacements were fresh college grads. Now development is being replaced by offshore. There's almost no chance of a raise higher than 2-3%, and good luck with a promotion. I even tried to find other open positions in the company, but nothing ever happened.

Layoffs are abundant and seem to happen annually. Lots of reorganizing and shifting around. Always in the rearview mirror of their competitor Epic.
