Pros

The people and the team that you were on is good. You have so many people who are seasoned and good at their job.

Cons

No accountability from others that are on different teams. It takes forever for someone to be fired when they are bad. When leaders need to make a decision, it takes forever to get one made. And when they do, they want it yesterday.
