Allstate Insurance reviews

Allstate can’t make up their mind on reputation vs making the most $$$ possible. Their products are great, but how they double talk agents , makes it next to impossible to meet their ever changing standards.

Workload was very heavy. Customer surveys were unfair at times (cutting filled out survey before the claim was assigned to me). Management had favorites.
