Very stringent about metrics, big brother, constantly watching your every move. can sell, but that's not good enough, they want sooo much more

Pros

PTO bank is pretty good and company still offers a pension and matching 401k. Not enough pros to meet the 20 word minimum.

Cons

Increased workload and stagnant wages. Management constantly “evaluating” pay increases but senior leadership drags their feet. Our computers are terrible.

Flexible and opportunity to make commission sales. Every agency makes up their own pay, benefits, hours, etc.

Cons

Pay is low. Heavily dependent on commission sales. Not a lot of room for advancement, Lots of company changes since I started.
