Pros

Great Team members, excellent location in the suburbs, excellent cafeteria.

Cons

No opportunities for career progression (ie Senior impossible), no appreciation of staff or long hours put in, no overtime pay. Always understaffed and pressure to always keep working never take vacation. Very little mentoring or face time with management (they only talk to you if its disciplinary). High employee turn over due to all of the above, brand new team every 2 years.
