Pros

Co-workers are friendly. Benefits 401k

Cons

In my office I found a lot of bullying by management. Discrimination against older employees. Discrimination against women. All they care about are metrics. I was can be a long term employee put in a new position and I was expected to have the same goals other long term employees that have had a lot more experience than me. I was a very happy employee up until our changed management and the bullying began. Several other long term employees are fearful for their jobs.

Pros

5 weeks of training meet a lot of great people the pay was decent to start off with

Cons

5 weeks of training was not enough time . They never showed us real life situations like you would have been having with customers they have a board with goals every day to me it was a wall of shame they say they are very transparent but putting up you numbers on a board for every to see is embarrassing .

Pros

Pay is only good if you work for corporate office and get a shift differential.

Cons

If you work for corporate office you're going to be micromanaged to the T!!!! Everything is monitored. If you work for a local agency or agents office the pay could possibly suck you risk working for commission only some do a thousand a month basically it's at your bosses discretion on how much you get paid some agency owners are shady so in that aspect it may be better to work for corporate but the best thing about working for an agent's office is the straight 9 to 5 shift with no weekends
