Pros

Very friendly environment. They sponsor your licensing and put you though a "Claims College" for around 3 weeks. This is where you learn everything and then you progressively start taking claims. If you are a recent college graduate the salary is good as well as the benefits, but you'll probably be the youngest one.

Cons

People seem to be years and years with the company and do not grow. Another downside is that you can't get a salary increase of more than 5% per year and to even get the 5% its merely impossible.

Pros

Great people. Nice perks like on-campus oil changes and dry cleaning.

Cons

Salaries ridiculously low. Often difficult to move up unless you have a hookup. Sink or swim (i.e. little or know formalized training) environment.
